Passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Monday, November 13, 2023 in Ottawa, Ontario.  

Chuck Mitchell, formerly of Oceola/Cobden and Ottawa, dearly loved father of Melanie Mitchell (feline friend River); Ryan Mitchell (wife Karen); Stephanie Mitchell (husband Denis Dion), all of Ottawa. Grandfather to Evan, Cameron, Adam, Michael & Mathieu. Great-grandfather to Malaki and Grace.Predeceased by parents Dr. Robert Morrison Mitchell & Jessie Claire Mitchell (nee Williams), brother Robert Williams Alexander Mitchell, sister Tania Suzanne Mitchell, step-mother Elizabeth Winton Mitchell and his children's mother Connie McCormick. Survived by brother Terrence "Terry" Mitchell and numerous extended family members.
